The Rolls-Royce Owners' Club of Australia brought 40 cars through town as a part of its annual Dawn Patrol, named after the Silver Dawn Rolls Royce.
NSW club president Bruce Duncan said that while the tour is conducted largely for the joy of its members, it has been a big hit with locals.
“We love when people come up to us and ask questions about the cars,” Mr Duncan said.
“People are so interested because they’re Roll Royces, but we say they’re still just cars.
“We think these cars should be used and put out on display, not locked away somewhere.”
The patrol consists of cars from as early as 1935 and made stops in Temora and Lockhart.
