Hawks Zac Robinson and James Creasy and Blues coach Josh Hamilton were reported following a third-quarter melee.
Robinson was reported for an incident which left Brandon Mathews split open.
Hamilton and Creasy were reported after they went toe-to-toe in the ensuring melee.
The striking charges against all three have been graded as intentional conduct, high impact, high contact.
The grading means they are referred to a tribunal hearing rather than offered prescribed penalties.
The hearings are likely to be delayed until next week at least, after this week's Riverina League grand final.
Coleambally’s Todd Clark was also reported for charging following his second-quarter bump on EWK’s Sam Armstrong after he took an uncontested mark.
Clark’s report was graded as intentional conduct, high impact, contact to the body.
His charge carries a three-week suspension but he can accept a two-week ban with an early guilty plea.
Further charges arising from the game haven’t been ruled out as AFL Riverina officials continue to review footage of the grand final.
In the reserve grade grand final, North Wagga’s Lachlan Robertson was reported for striking EWK’s Scott Burge in the fourth quarter. He is also referred to the tribunal after it was graded intentional, high impact, high contact.
