Porter and sister Megan made the move to the Saints this year and made an immediate impact.
Porter finished on 23 votes, seven points clear of Temora’s Meg Reinhold.
Barellan’s Alice Kenny was a further vote back in third.
Barellan’s Jessica Conlan was a narrow winner of the A reserve medal, polling one more vote than North Wagga’s Emily Rennick.
CSU’s Ellinor Barnes took out a thrilling B grade count, finishing one clear of teammate Cailtin Smith and Barellan pair Meghan Brumby and Christie Smith.
CSU also had a win in C grade with Bridget Doyle finishing five votes clear of Barellan’s Kate Spowart.
Temora’s Claudia Barton was named the rising star.
