“We’ve had record ticket sales, it’s bigger and better than last year,” president Erwin Budde said.
“It’ll be great to celebrate all the achievements for the year.”
A large field of Team of the Year nominees will be narrowed to around 20 players in each competition, and released before the event. Eleven players from each competition will be named in the Team of the Year, based on a 3,2,1 system governed by referees.

Two Coach of the Year awards will also be up for grabs; one women’s coach and one men’s coach. Committee members will decide on Coach of the Year winners in a vote this week.
“It’s based on results, with a heavy focus on fair play and upholding principles of respect,” Budde said.
An Outstanding Achievement to Football award will also be announced.
