Tiggerlong Thief bolted in to win the Interior Constructions Maiden (400m) by almost 10 lengths.
Finn believes the young greyhound has a big future ahead of him.
“He went real good and I think he is going to be a handy dog,” Finn said. “Maybe Thief will be good enough to go down to the city so we will see how he shapes up.”
Tiggerlong Ring then overcame a slow start to defeat littermate Tiggerlong Zorro after securing a run along the rails in the Wagga Tile Centre Maiden (320m).
Tiggerlong Zorro is trained by Finn’s wife Helen and he was pleased to come out on top.
“She thought she had it won but I had a bit of luck on the inside,” Finn said.
Tiggerlong Scar then capped off the night when she took out the Labrokes 1-3 Wins Final (400m).
Finn initially raced the bitch in Sydney but she seems to appreciate racing in Wagga.
She made it back-to-back wins after finding the front early.
“I sent her down to Sydney a fair well ago and she got knocked around a fair bit so I’ve just freshened her up and she’s good in the last couple of starts,” Finn said.
