John Pridmore served two prison sentences in his teens and went on to become a notorious enforcer in the London underworld.
He underwent a dramatic life-changing experience after nearly killing a man outside a central London nightclub and turned to God.
Since then, he has travelled internationally, speaking to over 2.5 million people and warning children about the dangers of the gun and drug culture.
At nearly two metres tall and with a shaved head, Mr Pridmore looks more hard man than motivational speaker but he is said to leave a deep impact on the young people he meets.
This Thursday at St Francis College at CSU, Mr Pridmore will address locals about his remarkable journey.
The event starts at 7.30pm and is free to attend.
