A woman has been arrested for suspected drink-driving after her white Mercedes allegedly hit a pedestrian in Sydney's CBD overnight.

The male pedestrian, aged in his 30s, suffered a head injury when he was struck on Pitt Street about 12.30am on Monday.
A NSW Police spokeswoman said the 24-year-old driver stopped at the scene and was given a roadside breath test, which allegedly returned a positive result.
She was arrested and taken to Day Street police station in the city, where police allege she refused a breath analysis. She was taken to hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing.
Police said the woman was later charged with failing to provide a sample for a breath analysis. Her court date is yet to be determined.
Police said the injured man had a visible wound to his head, but left the scene before paramedics could assess him.
Officers are now searching for the man, and fear he may need further medical treatment.
