The Crows will look to bounce back from last week’s loss to Wagga Tigers when they host Narrandera at Leeton Showground.
Leeton-Whitton captain-coach Jade Hodge wants the Crows to up the ante as they prepare for the business end of the season.
“We need to start stringing more than one or two wins in a row together,” Hodge said.
“It’s something we need to be doing against some of the top teams as well.
“This weekend is where we need to start that.
“Narrandera do seem to have improved since the first round, so we can’t take them, or anyone, lightly.”
Leeton-Whitton lost assistant coach Sean Browning to a hamstring injury at training on Tuesday night.
They are also looking to blood some more of their under 17 talent as they look to find the right mix for September.
Narrandera hope to regain James Sullivan for the game.
