A 19-year-old male learner driver and his 38-year-old female supervisor both tested positive for being under the influence of an illicit drug, while an unrestrained baby sat in the back seat.
Police also caught a 20-year-old man driving with fake number plates, who tested positive for drugs – and was later found to be carrying a zip-lock bag of meth-amphetamine.
