Cullen has missed the past four games due to suspension after he was found guilty of striking of Narrandera’s Jack Absolom.
Corbett has been away with representative duties.
The Lions will field a young team as they look to cover the injured Luke Walsh and Curtis Steele.
A clearance is also in the system for Billy Watt to leave the Lions and head back to AFL Canberra.
Watt played 22 first grade teams for the Lions but had spent the past two games in reserve grade.
Meantime, Collingullie-Glenfield Park expect to welcome back a number of key players for the important showdown with Mangoplah-Cookardinia United-Eastlakes at Mangoplah Sportsground.
Geoff Spriggs and Daniel Frawley will be two big inclusions as the Demons fight to keep their season alive.
