An anti-drowning bath mat, training videos for heavy vehicle truck drivers or a new app to help golfers navigate the course before setting foot on the green.
These are just some of the ideas from the six finalists from Wagga’s inaugural Beyond Bank Regional Pitchfest.
In similar fashion to the Shark Tank television show, Wagga seems to be swimming with good ideas.
The stage is set and the finalists – Andy Shuttleworth, Scott Howie, Rod Mafohla, Wayne Jenkins, Sam Brunskill and EduKits – are ready to dazzle with their presentations.
Part of the challenge for finalists is to pitch their ideas to a live audience so residents are encouraged to come and see the event first-hand on June 29.
