Fire and Rescue NSW Turvey Park were alerted to the fire about 6am on Monday and spent the day monitoring the situation.
Three crews initially attended the scene to put out the fire.
Firefighters were still on the scene, at Rodney’s Transport, throughout Tuesday morning to keep an eye on hot spots.
The fire was in a grain storage shed, which was storing a byproduct of ethanol production.
The heat in the shed built up to a stage where the byproduct spontaneously combusted.
