The Wagga Society of Model Engineers are pushing to add more members to their ranks.
President Jim Weeden said the club was like “three clubs in one” with the miniature trains at the gardens, model engineering and Ho model trains.
The club has 65 financial members but only around 35 active members. Generally between eight and 12 members attend working bees.
“We could use more active members, a lot of our members are from out-of-town,” Mr Weeden said.
The club conducts working bees Wednesdays and on Saturdays before the minature trains run. For more information go to the track on the first or third Sunday of the month.
