Friends and family have been paying tribute to well-known Wagga woman Jenny King, who lost her battle with breast cancer on Tuesday.

Jenny’s daughter, Belinda, said her family has received many messages of support, sharing their memories of the 61-year-old.
Belinda said her mother would be remembered as a vibrant lady with a real zest for life.
“She had an impact on everyone she met,” Belinda said.
“Everyone remembers her infectious laughter and her beaming smile.”
The former school teacher was well -respected in many parts of the community, including being inaugural chair of the Riverina Academy of Sport in 1992.
To date, she is the only woman to be the regional sports program organiser for the Riverina and is a life member of the Kooringal softball club.
Jenny was married to husband Geoff for 37 years, and is a mother and mother-in-law to Belinda and Andrew, Kelly, and Jess. She is a grandmother to Alex and Sam.
A memorial service for Jenny will be held at Charles Sturt University’s Joyes Hall on Tuesday, May 31, from 3pm.
