But it is not just general admission Nathan Gale is catering for, with 1000 sit down meals and 1500 finger food selections to be offered.
Dozen of pallets of beverages will also be delivered for patrons to enjoy.
Murrumbidgee Turf Club chief executive Scott Sanbrook said the preparations for the club’s two biggest days of racing are under control.
“Every with is right on track,” Sanbrook said.
The track itself has been upgraded to a Good 4 after Jo Jo Girl galloped on the course proper on Monday and Sanbrook is ready for another busy couple of days.
Most of the on-course facililities have already been booked out and while the Champagne Bar is at capacity and all marquee spaces have been taken there is still reserved seating on the deck and space in the Horse Trough Bar on Friday.
