Wagga’s Air Services Australia depot will be closed as staff are centralised. It will mean three jobs in Wagga and one in Dubbo will be redeployed elsewhere. A spokeswoman said the change would allow for a “more dynamic and flexible workforce”, there will be no impact to the services provided. The changes mean there are fewer depots across Australia. Air Services Australia provides maintenance to airways infrastructure such as communications, navigation and traffic surveillance sites.
