Since September 2014, the chamber’s membership has more than doubled to more than 450.
“We’re here to advocate for small business and it’s just snowballing,” chamber manager Michelle Bray said.
Ms Bray said the membership growth put the chamber in a positive place to advocate for the city’s businesses.
“Our president Tim Rose has done so much work behind the scenes to help develop business in the city and developing networks with the China-Australia Chamber of Commerce in South China,” she said.
“We are the ones that need to lead the way, we are a business ourselves which delivers services to members. We need to model best-practice and strive for continued improvement.”
The Wagga Crow Awards will be held on Friday May 13.
