The Advertiser last week unveiled plans for a $1.5 million 24-hour service station at the vacant Dobney Avenue site. An online poll attached to the story has revealed 48.44 per cent of readers would not support the development, while 42.71 per cent backed it. The remaining 8.85 per cent of voters were undecided.
