Or at least that’s the aim of a unique series of classes being offered by a Wagga hairdresser.
The clinics, at Plush Hairdressing, aim to share the load of one of motherhood’s last exclusive bastions – the morning hair ritual.
“Helping to do your daughter’s hair gives you a chance to connect,” father of six daughters Bill Robertson said.
“Something like this 10 years ago would have been great.”
Plush owner Kathleen Lindsay said there were no other classes like this on offer for parents, especially dads.
“We’ve got to give them the skills to be able to help their daughters, they don’t need to feel disconnected,” she said.
