The Dragons have secured Brothers winger Noa Fotu as well as Cootamundra forwards Chris Maher and Palu Tonga.
It comes after former Bulldogs Jordyn Ballard and Grant Boyd made the switch to the club earlier this off season.
Fotu has spent the last two seasons with Brothers, since making the move from Leeton, and incoming Temora captain-coach Daniel Fitzhenry believes he’ll be another nice inclusion to the back line.
“It’s good to pick up a few forwards but a bloke like Noa is a seasoned campaigner,” Fitzhenry said.
"He’s been around, played a fair bit of first grade in Group Nine and Group 20.
“To add a bit of experience and size out wide will be good.”
Fitzhenry is unsure whether Fotu will slot onto the wing or into the centres, with Ballard also moving into the centres.
“I’ve got a few blokes now that can play in different positions, it will just come down to what fits in best for us,” Fitzhenry said.
After switching to the Dragons from Southcity alongside Fitzhenry, Scott Bowden has recommitted to the club to add to the back line power.
Looking to overcome the losses of front rowers Michael Henderson and Scott Matthews, Fitzhenry believes Boyd and Tonga are the right men to fill the void.
“(Tonga) is a big man and he and Boydy up front leading our go forward will be great,” he said.
“Every club is looking for front rowers and I was lucky enough in the off season to pick up two.
“We had two great front rowers so the boys that have come in have big shoes to fill but they are totally different players.
“I’m sure they will play their own game and do it will but it is a big loss to lose Hendo and Scotty Matthews."
The Dragons have been the busiest Group Nine club this off season as they look to build into a team capable of making the finals.
In his second year at the club, and first as coach, Fitzhenry is looking to make a fast start to the season.
The Dragons have already started pre-season training one day a week and Fitzhenry is looking to train once a week until the Christmas break.
However he’s yet to work out the plan for after the festive season but expects to be back by mid January.
The Dragons have already indicated they will head to the West Wyalong knockout before the traditional Kelly Cup clash with the Mallee Men and another trial against West Belconnen.
