The all-rounder scored 86 runs as the Bulls overcame an early slump.
Coming in at number nine, Davies scored at more than a run a ball to end the Bulls’ innings on a high.
Lake Albert was in trouble at 6-88 before Jordan Neill (32) and 15-year-old Jack Carey (21) steadied things until Davies’ final assault.
Captain Rob Nicoll was impressed with how his team was able to fight back
“Young Jack Carey handled himself really well and he and Jordy Neill really started it off,” Nicoll said.
Their partnership was interrupted by Neill left the field suffering from dizzy spells before later returning.
They set a platform for Davies to dominate late in the day.
“He was outstanding, did it at a really quick rate and got on with the job,” Nicoll said. “He put the pressure back on the bowling team.”
