Cork and Fork will return to the banks of the ’Bidgee on Friday for the first time since its spectacular first showing as part of Taste Riverina in October.
More than 10 food vendors are set to serve up the same culinary delights praised by spectators last month.
As part of Friday’s festival, organisers also promise “a special surprise”, which probably has something to do with Borambola Winery’s 20th birthday.
“It looks like it’s going to be a great night,” organiser Tim McMullen said.
“Once again, it looks like we’ll be blessed with great weather.”
Cork and Fork kicks off from 5.30pm and will run through to 9.30pm at Wagga beach.
