The year 11 students challenged staff at the school to raise more money and grow better mustaches for Movember.
More than $1000 has been raised with donations open until Monday.
A moustache parade was held at the school on Wednesday with most of the student body attending.
Along with the parade there were fake mustaches sold, lolly jar guessing and a photo booth running to raise money for Movember.
According to principal, Mick Powell, the staff are winning the competition so far with better moustaches and more money raised.
“But it really doesn’t matter who wins or loses, men's health wins and that's the bottom line,” Mr Powell said.
The school has supported Movember in the past but it is the first student and staff challenge with the students instigating the competition.
“I think they knew they couldn’t grow a better moustache but they thought they could raise more money,” Mr Powell said.
