Artists, trades people, law enforcement and volunteers come from different walks of life but all share a common bond within Our Marketplace Our Community.
The Wagga shopping centre is a daily meeting place for families, business people and tourists and a new photographic exhibition by Michael Frogley captures those candid moments of the people passing through.
“All of these people are the heart and soul of our Marketplace community and we are proud to count them as friends,” Marketplace Centre Manager Maria Sharman said.
Riding for the Disabled Association volunteer Bev Amery is one of the people featured in the exhibition.
“I am thrilled to be part of the exhibition as it’s a wonderful way to honour the many individuals who work hard to keep our community spirit alive,” she said.
The exhibition, which is located near Woolworths in the Marketplace, is open to the public until 2016.
