Festival organiser John Woods said water-saving tips would be available from Riverina Water County Council, one of the more than 75 sites booked for the event to be held at the Botanic Gardens on Saturday and Sunday.
Looking around the Botanic Gardens, Mr Woods said they were a great example of how wise watering and mulching could help produce a lush garden while not wasting water.
Mr Woods is hoping for another successful festival, which has helped Sunrise Rotary raise tens of thousands of dollars for charity over the past two decades.
“The weather looks like it will be with us after a bit of rain in the middle of the week to freshen things up,” Mr Woods said.
Popular regular stalls will be at the festival, including garden art and furniture, irrigation, landscaping, craft, pergolas and nurseries.
Club president Dawn Smith said there would be a lot more variety this year in entertainment and food.
“A half-dozen schools will be performing both days near the food tent,” Mrs Smith said.
“There will be pony rids and jumping castles for the kids.”
Mr Woods said 2015 would also have a few extra nurseries represented, including a number of farm-based businesses.
He said Roseworld, from north-east Victoria would bring up a truck load of roses.
There is no entry fee for the festival, which will run between 10am and 5pm on Saturday and from 9am to 4.30pm on Sunday.
