As well as a 4km run and 300m swim, there is also the option of a 2km run/walk and 150m swim.
Organised by South Wagga Apex, the event runs for eight weeks (from October 15 to December 3) and is suitable for everyone from the fit to the wanting-to-get-fit.
Registrations are open from 5.30pm Thursdays within the Oasis Aquatic Centre, with races at 6pm.
