‘Beware of animals on our roads’

THE city’s traffic committee has taken steps to address animals on our roads. It has recommended council install signs that warn drivers of the potential for ducks crossing Forsyth Street. It is proposed they be installed along the southern side, west of the Murray Street intersection, and the northern side, east of the Docker Street intersection. Kangaroo warning signs are also likely to be installed on the Sturt Highway, 200m west of Cummins Drive on the southern side and 500m west of Mundowy Lane on the northern side.
