Celebrity chef James Reeson was shown the culinary delights of the region at the city’s Food I Am cooking school, with an episode of the visit set to be broadcast across Australia.
“We were really thrilled. It’s a great showcase of what we’re doing in the Riverina and our facility here,” Food I Am’s Tania Sibrey said.
“The show has quite a big following, so it’s a really great way of highlighting the cooking school and the region’s producers to more than just Riverina people.”
Cameras walked through the Springvale property and a live audience watched the team serve up a treat.
The episode will air on the WIN Network in coming months.
