A major event in the shire’s calendar, families from across the region flocked to take part in what was a fun and exciting day of stalls and activities for both young and old.
Organiser Col Patterson said “the festival was all about promoting Coolamon and the work the Coolamon Men’s Shed do in the community” and it was wonderful to see former MP Kay Hull support the event as a special guest judge.
The festival was once again a huge success with a great turnout, plenty of prize winners from best handmade scarecrow to best beard and moustache.
A big thanks should go to all involved in the organising of the event but also all those who supported and attended to make this year’s festival one to remember!
The Coolamon Men’s Shed is a great organisation which does so much to support the local community and beyond such as this event and those interested are more than welcome to join.
