With more than 250 votes cast, Cr Funnell has nearly 30 per cent of the vote, narrowly leading sitting mayor Rod Kendall with 24 per cent of the vote, Andrew Negline with 13 per cent, Greg Conkey with 9 per cent and Kerry Pascoe with 6 per cent. Readers were allowed just one vote per IP address. It comes weeks out from a mayoral election that could include up to seven candidates.
