A man was freed from his four-wheel drive after an accident on Brooklyn Lane, Book Book on Monday.

A NSW Ambulance spokesman said rescue crews were called to the scene about 4.30pm. The 55-year-old was freed about 6pm and was transferred to Wagga Base hospital in a stable condition.
The Snowy Hydro Southcare helicopter was called to attend, but was not needed as the man’s injuries were not as severe as first thought.
