Early this morning an enemy biplane flew over and dropped three bombs. She also dropped two bundles of steel arrows containing about 500 each. During the afternoon the N.Z. howitzers fired across us onto the enemy in front of the L.H. lines. She put one fair in our lines near the Indian Bn. There has been very heavy gun fire down south all day. The warship and monitor bombarded the enemy yesterday afternoon and last night in the direction of Maidos.
