A JUNEE woman due to give birth within days is the latest person to front court as a result of a drugs blitz by Wagga police.

Heather Sharp, 19, is charged with one count of knowingly take part in the supply of a prohibited drug.
Police allege she supplied 9.1 grams of cannabis at Ashmont on May 13.
Sharp was arrested last Thursday, June 18, and granted police bail, which was continued when she faced Wagga Local Court on Monday.
Her solicitor, PC Reddy, asked for an adjournment until August 3 to give him time to make representations to police about the charge.
Mr Reddy told the court Sharp was eight and a half months’ pregnant.
The number of people to have faced court on drug supply charges since June 16 has reached 18.
A number of other people have been granted police bail to face Wagga Local Court on July 29.
They were arrested during police raids across Wagga, Junee and Coolamon last week as part of Strike Force Calyx, an operation aimed at drug supply and property offences in the district.
Sharp has already pleaded guilty to break, enter and steal and receiving stolen property. She will be sentenced for those offences on August 3.
But Sharp has pleaded not guilty to three other charges – common assault, destroy or damage property and contravening an apprehended violence order. A hearing into those charges will be held on December 3.
