Kirk Kerkorian, billionaire investor in film studios and casinos, dies at 98

Kirk Kerkorian, the media-shy investor who became one of the richest Americans by betting his money on ventures like casinos and film studios, died Monday night at his home in Beverly Hills, California. He was 98.
