Michael Paul Gerard Mullins, 48, faced Campbelltown Local Court last week.
He was ordered to stand trial on three charges: supplying a prohibited drug greater than the commercial quantity and two counts of supplying cannabis greater than the indictable quantity and less than the commercial quantity.
Two other charges of supplying cannabis were withdrawn and dismissed.
Mullins, who is on bail, was ordered to attend Campbelltown District Court on June 16 to be arraigned on the three remaining charges.
Mullins was arrested in Wagga in March last year by police attached to the Wollongong Local Area Command’s drug unit.
They were part of a strike force formed to investigate large-scale supply of prohibited drugs within the Wollongong and Illawarra local area commands.
It was alleged Mullins used a prime mover to transport heat-sealed bags of cannabis from Wagga to Pheasants Nest, south-east of Camden, between February 22 and August 21, 2013.
When when they arrested Mullins police alleged the total quantity of cannabis supplied over the six months was 118 kilograms with an estimated street value of $910,000.
