Students and visitors were treated to dress up characters, giveaways and lots of fun, all for a good cause.
Student Sam Booth and his dad David even got a ride in the helicopter.
Well done MPS on organising such a great welcome for the group.
Biggest Morning Tea
THE Coolamon Ganmain Hospital Auxiliary is hosting The Biggest Morning Tea on Friday, June 5, at 2pm following its monthly meeting.
Raising funds for the Cancer Council, everyone is welcome to attend this community event at the Ganmain Hall.
Touch of heart
HEART & Soul is on at the Coolamon Shire Library next Tuesday morning, June 26, from 10.30am.
The group welcomes anyone interested to attend, they meet monthly for a cuppa and guest speakers in the library.

Ten-years of art
IT IS the 10th anniversary of the Up-2-Date Art Exhibition this year.
The opening night is Friday, July 17, from 6.30pm.
$15 entry includes complimentary champagne and canapes.

Say cheese
COOLAMON Cheese entrepreneurs Barry Lilywhite and Anton Green will be speaking to the Canola Adventurers about their project this Thursday, May 21, at 10.30am.
The Canola Adventurers is a social group for senior males in the community and meets every Thursday morning at the Allawah Community Centre in Coolamon for a cuppa, a cake, some chat and an occasional guest speaker.
Cost for the morning is just $2 and everyone is made feel very welcome by the group.
