Hamilton was yellow carded in the opening five minutes for a headbutt on Narrandera’s Reece Borg in the opening term.
He then received a second yellow when he returned for an alleged late high tackle on Narrandera teenager Logan Smith.
X-rays have cleared Smith of any serious damage but he has been ruled out for a fortnight due to the heavy concussion.
Griffith coach Brandon Mathews said there was little in either incident.
AFL Riverina operations manager Shane Buchanan will speak with umpires before a decision is made on the report.
