I TOOK on first with the Staff and Robins. As usual, they both went to sleep. I was getting chilled to the bone so I took my overcoat off and unwrapped my puttees. After I had put them on again I felt a lot better. I stopped on for 2½ hours and answered a few messages from ZA and then put the overcoat on and went away and slept for about 1½ hours but woke up and started to look at my feet. We started back and arrived at the camp at 7.30am.
