Peel and devein prawns and dice the prawn meat.
Combine the prawn meat with the dressing in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Dip your finger in water and moisten the bottom edge of the wrapper.
Fold the wrapper in half, toward you, to enclose the filling.
Bring the two ends of the dumplings together with a twisting action.
Press the edges lightly to seal.
Remove dumplings with a slotted spoon or strainer and drain.
Drizzle the dumplings with dressing and serve immediately.
