A COMMITTAL hearing for a West Wyalong woman accused of stabbing her husband to death has been adjourned part-heard.
Marianne Parker, 56, is charged with murdering 50-year-old Ken Parker in their Monash Street home on December 16, 2013.
A committal hearing began in Griffith Local Court on Tuesday but was then adjourned to April 1.
As the case moves through the courts, the Police Integrity Commission (PIC) continues to investigate the police response to a triple-0 telephone call reportedly made from the Monash Street house well before Mr Parker was allegedly murdered.
By the time police arrived at the scene at 7.45pm Mr Parker had suffered multiple stab wounds.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to West Wyalong Hospital where he died a short time later.
The PIC investigation has involved interviewing police and obtaining statements as well as examining technical issues relating to the police radio communications network in regional areas at the time.
