Teys sought a declaration in the Land and Environment Court that development consents granted by Wagga City Council for two residential subdivisions were void and of no effect.
The development applications were lodged after the Southern Joint Regional Planning Panel in 2013 supported the rezoning of Cartwrights Hill to allow up to 100 residential lots.
Justice Nicola Pain in the NSW Land and Environment Court last week dismissed Teys's challenges.
Teys claims further residential development at Cartwrights Hill is a threat to meatwork's future.
