The Ray White-trained mare has had seven runs this season and her victory at Junee's twilight meeting was her second.
On the five occasions she's yet to finish in the placings.
Drawing barrier one the four-year-old won the early battle for supremacy.
From there she was able to dictate terms to claim the Carnival Of Cups Sunday 25th January Competitive Stakes Pace (1760m).
Sprinting home in a last quarter of 29.2 seconds to set a new best mile rate of 1:59.9.
Fascinator took more than three seconds of her previous best, set in November 201, and White paid credit to getting an comfortable time in the lead.
"She's a nice little filly who can jump out and lead and if they don't attack her too hard she is always thereabouts," White said.
"I kept going with her as a three-year-old trying to get the bonus and I probably should have let up on her, but she's going good.
"She went good the other day (at Wagga), come out and did a bit of work and finished fifth."
After Fascinator "stole" her second career win at Wagga last month running 2:08.4, White was very pleased with her time, the fastest on the program.
White currently has two horses racing, but has plenty more close to hitting the race track.
"I've got two at the races, three to go to the trials, another three two-year-olds and breaking in four or five," White said.
"It's keeps an old bloke like me at 72 happy."
White is looking to win another couple of races with the daughter of Modern Art this season before the breeding barn beckons next year.
