A MAN accused of shooting two people in the leg at Griffith has been refused bail during a court appearance.

Todd Simpson, 20, has been charged with two counts of discharging a firearm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and one count of firing a firearm in a public place.
He faced Griffith Local Court on Thursday where his case was adjourned to January 28 for reply to the prosecution's brief of evidence.
Simpson did not enter pleas.
An alleged accomplice - a 14-year-old boy - faced a bail court in Wagga on Thursday.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with three counts of being an accessory before the fact.
He was granted bail and his case also adjourned to Griffith on January 28 for reply to the brief.

Police allege the pair was involved in an incident in Hopbush Crescent about 9pm on Tuesday.
A 23-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl are alleged to have suffered minor .22 calibre gunshot wounds to their legs.
They were treated at Griffith Base Hospital but not admitted.
The two accused males were charged after they went to the Griffith police station on Wednesday afternoon.
