Colleagues from the organisation came together yesterday for lunch and to celebrate her remarkable 40 years as an employee.
"I've done a lot of different jobs over the years," Ms Webb said.
"I just like having been able to do different jobs and still being all in the same place.
"The best thing is being able to talk to people ... I've got more friends than I've got fingers and toes," she said.
Kurrajong Waratah director Pam Green paid tribute to Ms Webb and her 40 years of service.
"There's not many people in many workplaces who reach 40 years," Ms Green said.
"We really appreciate you (Ms Webb) and what you've done and the service you've given," she told Ms Webb.
After starting in 1974, Ms Green said Ms Webb had worked in an amazing assortment of roles.
"She has a lot of friends in the organisation and means a lot to us."
Ms Webb's co-workers Geoff Pitman and Jeff Doherty were also presented with awards for 30 years' service.
"I feel like a celebrity," Mr Pitman said after he received his award.
Kurrajong Waratah's chief Steve Jaques was also presented with a plaque recognised three decades of service.
"This is an organisation where there are no egos and everyone is keen to get in and make a difference,"
Mr Jaques said passion and commitment for people working in the organisation.
"Our focus is on people's ability, not on people's disability."
