After being led on a tour of the building, the kids took over the newsroom, jumping into the shoes of journalists and sub-editors.
While in the building for the whirlwind visit, the students helped write a story, design a front page and video vox pop their classmates.
Armed with a phone a question, news teams of a journalist and a cameraman asked the big question: If you could talk to anyone in the world for a story, who would it be?
