The pressure of being confined was clearly getting to Sandra Nixon, who was evicted last night.

"I was pretty convinced it was going to be me," she told The Daily Advertiser.

The Wagga Bonds store manager entered the house to push the boundaries of her comfort zone and learn more about herself but said she could never have predicted what life inside the house would be like by watching on television.

"I discovered I'm quite emotional under pressure, I don't know if you noticed that," she said in reference to the footage shown of her crying.

"In reality you're sitting around for 12 hours a day doing nothing ... and there's heaps of rules.

"When I came in I needed to lay all my insecurities and weaknesses out so they couldn't use it against me.

"All the stuff I was feeling was valid at the time."

But friends and family of Sandra said what was shown on television was not an accurate representation of the fun, crazy and energetic girl they are used to.

"That's what lots of people have said to me but I've hardly watched anything," she said.

"Obviously I was real but I think the situation I was in wasn't the best."

Sandra has plenty of favourite moments from her time in the house, most of which were not show on television, including some of the sillier antics between her and former housemate Sam, whom she caught up with last night after the eviction.

"I've missed him heaps," she said.

"Sam's friendship is the best thing to come from the house."

Sandra's friend, Katrina McKenzie, was excited to see her friend out of the house.

"It was such an unnatural environment she was in," Mrs McKenzie said.

"But I think she had the time of her life, even thought they showed her crying."

Sandra will fulfill media commitments over the next week in Sydney and at the Gold Coast before returning to Wagga on Tuesday or Wednesday next week.
