Amid speculation prop Nick Skinner would "start" the decider at Equex Centre, Fitzhenry said the gun forward was set to be on the interchange bench again.
"It'll be exactly the same team as the last time," Fitzhenry said.
"Nick came off the bench (then), and he'll come off the bench again."
Two weeks ago, Skinner was listed in jumper 14 on the interchange bench when Southcity defied Albury 20-14 in the major semi-final at Harris Park.
However, in a switch for Sunday's decider, Skinner will play in jumper eight, with Tom Besgrove in 14.
Fitzhenry yesterday stressed there was no significance in the change, with Skinner still to be used as a storm-trooper.
"It all comes down to jumper sizing," he said.
"Nick will wear eight for that reason alone."
In keeping Skinner on ice for the opening 15 minutes at least, Fitzhenry will unleash reinvigorated giant Wayne Goolagong from the start.
As much as Skinner had a quality profile, Goolagong is playing in career-best form.
Counting down to Sunday's shot at grand final glory, Fitzhenry is intent on keeping the preparation of the team as "normal" as possible.
"We'll train tonight (last night) and again on Thursday," he said.
"That's what we usually do.
"Nothing will change."
Given a week off following the major semi-final triumph over the Thunder, the Bulls did alter their regular program last weekend.
Significantly, Fitzhenry revealed the team had trained on Saturday, but the session had not been seriously stressful.
"It was more or less about having a bit of fun," he said.
"It was important as well.
"You can lose a bit of fitness in a week off."
With no football for a fortnight, the Bulls have all players available and will be at full strength.
