The three female occupants of the car were sent to three different hospitals, one airlifted in a serious condition, following the single-vehicle crash about 2.45pm on Sunday.
Members of the Hay and Darlington Point-Coleambally clubs stopped to render assistance after coming across the crash on the Rankins Springs Road, about 40km south of Lake Cargelligo.
One passer-by told The Daily Advertiser the owner of nearby property used a tractor to hold the car back, while a spare tyre - and another that came off the car - were used to prop the it up and lift the weight off the trapped woman until emergency services arrived.
Acting commander of the Lachlan Local Area Command Nick Weyland said it appeared the northbound driver was unable to negotiate a right bend, the car left the road and rolled several times before it came to rest against a tree.
Commander Weyland said a 24-year-old woman was trapped under the car for a short time.
An Ambulance NSW spokesman said all three occupants were assessed by paramedics.
One was taken to West Wyalong Hospital in a stable condition, while the second was transferred by road ambulance to Griffith Base Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The third was transported to Orange by the NSW Ambulance rescue helicopter in a serious condition.
It is understood the occupants were from Griffith and heading to watch the Group 20 first grade qualifying final between Tullibigeal Lake Cargelligo and the Griffith-based Waratah Tigers in Lake Cargelligo when the accident occurred.
Reports from the scene indicated one of women was heavily pregnant.
Investigations into the cause of the accident are continuing.
