TOLLAND booked its place in the Football Wagga grand final, coming from behind to defeat Wagga United 3-1 at Rawlings Park.
Under the pump early, the Wolves conceded an early goal when Zeph Daniel cut through their defence.
However the goal was a turning point, with Tolland booting two goals in the first half to gain back the advantage.
Lachlan Bushby and Jason Cuddle's first half strikes put the Wolves in a good position before an own goal from a Cuddle free kick provided some more breathing space for a team struggling with injury.
Cuddle, Bushby and Steve Wait were standouts for the Wolves.
Coach Chris Ayton was proud of the way his team was able to overcame a slow start to earn a place in the decider.
"After the first 15 minutes, when we started to hold a bit of possession, we were breaking the line and getting plenty of opportunities," he said.
"We were kind of lucky to get that goal early in the second as a lot of the boys out there were on their last legs.
"We basically scrapped out the win in the second half but it was a big effort by the boys all round."
The Wolves have been struck by injury with four players backing up from an extra time reserve game fixture and being rotated throughout the game.
Henri Garnder could only manage 10 minutes before coming off with a groin injury.
After missing out on the grand final last year, Ayton said it was good for the club to book their place early and enjoy a week off to rest their injuries.
Meanwhile, it was heartbreak for Henwood Park, who went down to Junee on penalties in the minor semi-final.
With scores locked at 3-all after 90 minutes, the two teams couldn't be separated after extra time.
It was the Jaguars that came out on top in the dreaded penalty shoot-out, keeping their season alive.
Defending premiers Wagga United will now have to regroup ahead of the preliminary final against Junee on Sunday.
