EMBATTLED Farrer League club The Rock-Yerong Creek has taken a positive step towards an improved 2015 season by sewing up its entire 2014 list.
The club has already received agreements from every player currently on its roster, committing to the Magpies for next year.
That includes Bathurst traveller Dennis Pedemont, who has told TRYC he will return for another crack as long as his partner can find work nearby.
The club now has a solid base of players on which to build its 2015 premiership campaign.
"Our main focus was getting everyone from this year on board so I'm rapt we've done that," TRYC coach Dave Pieper said.
"We signed the last bloke yesterday (Thursday) so that's 100 per cent now, everyone's committed to go again.
"We wanted to do that before we started looking around at new blokes."
With its playing base sorted, TRYC is now on a mission to add some class at the top end of its roster.
The Magpies lost a large number of quality players ahead of their 2014 campaign and were relatively quiet in the recruiting stakes.
Pieper is well aware the team will need a couple of key players if it is to push for the title next season.
He knows exactly what areas of the board he needs to strengthen and says he will recruit accordingly.
"We know what we want, position-wise," Pieper said.
"We'll have a look around and talk to a few blokes but we have nothing as yet.
"The silly season doesn't really begin until the end of September or start of October.
"It's hard to talk to blokes when footy finals are being played but we'll touch base with a few and hopefully sit down once the season's finished."
TRYC has just wrapped up its worst season in more than a decade.
The Magpies missed out on playing finals for the first time in 13 years and only managed three wins for the year.
